Who We Are

The Warrior Society is a group of facilitators and small group leaders in any given city. These are men who have stopped waiting to feel ready. They have made themselves available to be used by God as agents of transformation in the lives of other men.


In Lubbock, our home city, the Society is made up of men who have gone through the 10-week program and whose lives have been changed by its content and experience. They know the fight from the inside. They have learned to win it daily. Now they turn around and reach back for the man behind them.

The Men We Fight For

Men who are stuck. Men caught in addiction of any kind and to any degree. Men who have lost their sense of purpose and filled the gap with something that is slowly destroying them. Most of them are not looking for a program. They are looking for another man who will tell them the truth and stay.

Joining the Front Lines

This is a response to a calling, not a volunteer slot. A Warrior Society leader is a man who has heard the question God asked Isaiah and given the same answer.

Our Foundation

The Pursuit of a Warrior Heart stands on two commands from Jesus. One was given to all of His followers. The other was given to one broken man on a beach.

The Great Commission

Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. John 21 shows us who gets commissioned: not the man with a clean record, but the man who loves Jesus and says yes. Your past is not a disqualification. In the hands of God it becomes your credibility with the men you are sent to.
